Brentwood Realty seeks to acquire multifamily, industrial, and retail property in our core markets of New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina.


Brentwood Realty acquires properties that are fully leased, partially leased, and vacant buildings. Redevelopment and ground-up opportunities will also be considered. All-cash transactions are preferred, but existing debt can be assumed.

All buildings share similar qualities of basic functionality, infill locations, and acquisition prices below replacement cost. Our preference is to continue to acquire existing “Class B” industrial/flex buildings with a vacancy, leased buildings with a repositioning component, and ground-up development in all asset classes.
